HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION FOR A MOBILE HOME?

1. Send us a request via our Request form
2. We will send you our offer
3. Send us an e-mail to accept our offer/reservation.
4. We will send you our bank information.
5. The reservation is confirmed after we receive a prepayment.
6. Once your payment is received, we will send you a definite confirmation of the reservation.

We kindly ask that deposits by bank transaction are made in the name of the person who confirmed the reservation, so we can know which reservation the payment applies to.
If you will carry out the payment under a different name, please inform us accordingly.

PAYMENT

The payment can be made only in cash.


WHAT IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL A RESERVATION YOU ALREADY PAID FOR?
  • Inform us of the cancellation as soon as possible.
  • The advance payment (minus the amount of the bank expenses) will be refunded only if the reservation is cancelled 14 days or more before the arrival.
  • In case of a late cancellation or no-show, the advance payment is retained.
    In case of earlier departure than booked (from a mobile home), the guests are obligated to pay the entire reserved time period.
