1. RESERVATION
For reservations, please use our booking request or send us an e-mail.
We will send our offer as soon as possible based on your request.
For the reservation, please send us a confirmation e-mail to confirm that you accept the offer.
We will send you our bank information.
The reservation is valid after we receive the deposit via bank transfer (until the date stated in the offer).
If the payment has not been made until the date stated in the offer, the reservation will be considered invalid.
Once your payment is registered on our account, we will send you a definite confirmation of the reservation.
We kindly ask that deposits by bank transaction are made in the name of the person who confirmed the reservation, so we can know reservation the payment applies to.
If the prepayment will be made in a different name, please inform us.
We have many bank transactions for the reservation fees and if the payment is not in the name of the person who made the reservation, it is impossible for us to connect the payment and the reservation.


2. CHANGE AND CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION
If the reservation for the mobile home is cancelled 14 days or more before the arrival, the advance payment will be refunded (minus the amount of the bank expenses).
In case of a late cancellation or no-show, the advance payment is retained.
In case of no–show or without information of a late arrival, we reserve the right to resell the reserved accommodation without refunding the advance payment.
In case of arriving later than reserved (on the next day), or an earlier departure than reserved, all previously booked days will be charged.
We advise you to protect yourself from unexpected events before and during your holiday and stipulate a cancellation insurance with a provider of your choice.


3. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

MOBILE HOMES: check in: from 3:00 p.m.
check out: by 10:00 a.m.


4. PAYMENT
Payment can be made only in cash.


5. DAMAGE
Guests are obligated to report any caused damage.
In case of damage to property, the guest is obligated to compensate the damage.


6. INSURANCE
We advise you to lock your mobile home when you leave. The management will not be responsible in case of theft.
The guests are advised to insure themselves at an insurance company of their choice against potential risks against sudden cancellation of the reservation or departure from accommodation earlier than reserved.


7. PETS
Pets are not allowed in the mobile homes.


8. JURISDICTION
Court of jurisdiction is in Krk, governed by Croatian law.
